My recipe test this week is another breakfast one. I have been eating the Portable Western Omelettes almost every day for the last couple of weeks. Time to mix it up!
This recipe comes from A Beautiful Mess. It is super easy to make and involves one of my fave foods...quinoa!

But I will say that I give this recipe a BIG thumbs up.
Here's my version! I followed all of the parts of the recipe except I used whole milk not almond milk and I added raspberries instead of blackberries. Still yummy, though!
